This is Ernie, our new 6 month old Cairn Terrier-Poodle mix. We adopted him from the Orange County animal shelter a few weeks ago, where he was pegged as being terribly shy and socially awkward. Week one report: Ernie is still extremely suspicious of humans. However, he does like people named Matt and Taylor, hiding under the bed, and eating lamp cords for breakfast. And he loves loves his toy fox.
AHH he's so cute tl. i'm excited to meet him. AND i love the blog, get out all your writing joy! sorry i have no blog title ideas. also i've been showing everyone that movie you sent me. it's effing adorable.
ReplyDeletesounds like my mom's basset puppy... she is afraid of all things that roll, and dogs that are smaller than her. they should meet, they'd probably be the best of friends!

ReplyDeleteKarly: Why is it that tinier dogs are SO scary? Ernie was terrified of a .5 lb. Chihuahua today. He made a scene (I'm an embarrassed mom). Annie is SO cute, I wish we could have gotten a basset but I think it would have too much trouble getting up and down our stairs!
